We understand that occasionally, a product may not meet your expectations or may have issues. This Return Policy is designed to facilitate a smooth and transparent return process.
2. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
a. The product was purchased from Warprints.
b. The return request is initiated within 14 days of the date of delivery.
c. The product is in its original, unused, and unopened condition, with all accessories, packaging, and labels intact.
d. The product is not listed under the “Non-Returnable Products” section below.
3. Non-Returnable Products
The following products are not eligible for return unless they are defective:
a. Opened or assembled 3D printed RC tank kits.
b. Products damaged due to misuse, abuse, or negligence.
c. Customized or personalized products.
d. Products with missing serial numbers or labels.
e. Items purchased during clearance or final sale events.
f. Used models, purchased in form of assembled tanks.
The following products are not eligible for return at all:
a. STL files
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
a. Contact our Customer Service team at email@example.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
b. Complete the RMA form provided by our Customer Service team.
c. Securely package the product, ensuring all original accessories and packaging are included.
d. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
e. Ship the product to the address provided by our Customer Service team.
5. Refund Process
Upon receiving the returned product and confirming its condition, we will process your refund as follows:
a. If the product is eligible for a refund, we will refund the purchase price, excluding any shipping charges, to your original payment method within  business days. b. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
6. Shipping Costs
a. If the return is a result of our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
b. If the return is for reasons other than our error or a defective product, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
